Los Cabos, Baja California Sur, is a benchmark in the Mexican gastronomic scene. Little by little, it is merging to offer residents and visitors experiences worthy of comparison with the Mexican capital. Culinary Awards arises to recognize these experiences, through six years it not only leaves its mark on the local industry but also adds to the national recognition of Los Cabos as remarked by the 8th edition of the awards from the prominent Food & Travel magazine.
Through the “Food & Travel Reader Awards 2023”, which aim to recognize the best of gastronomy and tourist destinations in Mexico, a panel of 62 recognized specialists in the hospitality industry has proposed the shortlists of chefs, restaurants, bars, hotels, spas, destination and airlines that will be voted on by the passionate audience.
Without a doubt, the Southern California destination has captivated the experts on this occasion! As in 7 of the 28 categories to be voted, our Culinary Awards contestants are being named, reaffirming that Baja California Sur is a gastronomic destination highlighted for its ingredients and seasonings.
