In this context, Linda McHatton, founder and director of PR Solutions, met with Claudia del Pino, founding partner and director of Tendencia, to finally meet, after several zooms and emails, Cecilia Nuñez, editorial director of Food & Travel in the iconic Nicksan Cabo restaurant. As a result: the long-awaited meeting was held, agreed weeks ago, with Chef Ángel Carbajal.
Ángel, together with his kitchen team, began the parade of works of art: niguiris, makis, temakis, among other specialties, were accompanied by an exquisite pairing, suggested by the chef; Zutanita, French rosé wine and They talk about you, Sauvignon Blanc from Extremadura, Spain. Cecilia, very excited, shared that Los Cabos has stood out in seven Reader’s Awards nominations, awarded by the readers of Food & Travel magazine in February 2024. Linda and Claudia committed to disseminating these nominations through Culinary Awards and PR Solutions. The objective had been met: achieve synergy to continue positioning Los Cabos as a gastronomic paradise.
